Happy to be part of the team. I live west end of UP of Michigan & have smoked for a long time mostly lake trout & salmon it's a social event around here guys get together get the smoker going & let the good times roll. We have been branching out to beef pork venison & making smoked venison bacon. I'm 99% done on home made smoker (waiting for the box stove to be finished) found on Facebook & ready to do some test burns.
