New Member from ND

Hi all. New member from ND. 

A little about myself and my smoking experience. I just got my first smoker grill (Traeger) in March of 2014 as a birthday gift, my wife lined it up and I was very happily surprised. My experience is pretty low as I haven't had a smoker that long. Saw this forum and it looked like a great place to gain knowledge and chat about cooking with a smoker.

I've lived in ND my whole life and I am 4 years into my Real Estate Appraisal career. Glad to be here and look forward to trying to master the art of smoking with a grill.
