Hi y'all. My name is Jason. I live in Indiana. Born in Alabama, and moved up here when I was 12. My pappaw always loved cooking and canning and curing meats. It trickled down to me. I am in the process of building another smoker. Well, actually two. One for me and I am gonna sell the other. Both reverse flow. Just here to learn and have fun. Thanks for having me.

Thanks y'all. I will have many a questions. Its my first one. I helped out on a friend of mine's years ago. But its a dandy. I have a wood stove and am getting ready to cut the backside out and cut the tank. Can't wait.
