Well hi folks. Name is Will Jones and I live in Roswell, NM. Have a Traeger grill I bought last summer and I'm really adoring the meals I fix with it. My wife is thrilled about some of the meats and veggies I have prepared. One of our favorites is Smoked ratatouille. I'm normally not a fan of egg plant but this recipe is to die for. I use a cast iron skillet to arrange the egg plant, squash and tomatoes and it makes a beautiful dish. Bought a boston butt today at butcher shop and it goes on tomorrow morning. This will be my first butt. Looking forward to some good ideas from everyone. On Thursday and Friday, I'm driving to Midland, TX for a Traeger seminar. Anxious to see how that goes.
