This is my first time smoking. Got my first smoker and it is a Masterbuilt 30 inch electric. It was a gift from one of my good neighbors since I recently moved to extreme and rural Northern Vermont. Just preseasoned it tonight and trying to figure out what meat to try in it first. Any tips would be appreciated and any tips for bbq sauce recipes or dry rubs, times and temp for cooking....thanks.
