Hi all I'm new to this forum. I have a 40" masterbuilt electric smoker. I had a vertical propane smoker for ten years wore it out, that's why the new one. I smoked a chicken in it last nite lt came out very good for the first time use. I'm going to do a pork loin in it today, wish me luck. I like to make my own rubs,never tried BBQ sauce yet.
