Hi there everyone. I recently purchased my very first smoker. it is a charbroil 700 series charcoal grill with an offset smoker. I have never4r smoked anything before but have been doing as much research as I possibly can before I get started. I really don't know much at all yet but I am very eager to learn. My name is Nallely I live in lehigh acres, FL and am a mom of four! any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated no matter how obvious you think it might sound cause like i said i don't know much at all. But I LOVE GREAT FOOD! and finding new ways to make great food is something i look forward to. Well i look forward to getting to know some knowledgeable people here and cant wait to post pics of my very first smoked ??????????
