So I smoke for myself. No one else enjoys my endevours. That allows me to experiment with anything that catches my eye.
Pulled a boneless pork butt (on sale, picked up a few real cheap) out of the freezer.
This thread will be a little longer as it will develope in time. I have started w/ the butt marinating in a Korean style recipie. Will sit for 2 days being shook while it soaks.
I went right to the edge as far as space to do it.
Will do follow on posts as it develops.
The marinade recipie I doubled for rhe most part. Substituted the suger for brown suger. Used what I had.
