I am a new member from Odessa Missouri. I have been learning alot from this site and decided it was time to join. This is a great place to learn. I have been smoking for sometime (I have enough success to keep my spirits up

) but I am always on the lookout for new recipes, techniques and equipment (I want to get consistent results) so I hope to learn more.
