Man that looks good. I followed TNJAKE recepie also and it has become a must have at our house. Haven't tried anything but chuck. Good to see there are alternatives

There are 22 of us here at the beach and it was pot roast night, FINALLY... Reheated the roast in a crock pot (we brought 2 Ninja crock pots with us), homemade mashed potatoes, and green beans. This was a big hit. Ten pounds of potatoes, 3 lbs. of green beans, and 6½ lbs. of roast were gone . Only grabbed a couple of plated shots...
