Hey dave.. may I ask you did Flavor change with the store bought milk?
since I have no access to a Goat have found myself quiet often looking Cross eyed at the
Goat Milk in the grocery store..
it did ,but just a little and from what I've seen of the goats milk here it's been pasteurized at
too high of a temp to use . ( i onlu used milk from local dairies too not the stores brand )
MMMMMMM the thoughts of farmer cheese with Goat milk..
Or Imageen FRESH Feta how wonderful that would be?

yet never knew any one who used store milk befor..
so.... Am asking.. Hows the Flavor with processed milk?
it's good BUT right from the cow is better
(I want to try adding cream to the store bought to see if it helps)
