We are starting to get green eggs from our green egg layers.

Got 20 eggs yesterday total, noonish and 6p.

A fox just wiped out half of our neighbors chickens before he could shoot it.

Thats too bad. Chickens are expensive with feed and all.

I have not seen the fox here since the first time.

This was his second go around with foxes. He's now building a better sturdier pen.

Man that is awesome! Reminds me I have to run out to the farm near me and buy more eggs today.
 
Girls are like non stop.

I got 3 greens today, total in the basket is 23.

We give eggs to our neighbors. The neighbor across the road just sent me this pic, The large brown egg I gave her.

Is this a hobby or an obsession?
A triple yolker? Never seen one. You have one hard working hen.
Our local egger is not having a good year. The hens are too free range and are hiding their clutches.
My former kids across the street that moved to a farm got some layers so I'm hoping for a new source.
