For anyone using a Kamado style cooker...
What is your preferred method for cleaning the grates after cooking?
Also, what would you recommend to clean a grate that has alot of buildup on it?
I have been firing the grill up to about 700 degrees and letting it cook off most of the stuff and then taking a wire brush to it, but i would really like a way to get back to a "new" look on the grate if possible.
Any tips?
