It took me three tries but I did get a flame, albeit a low flame. The temp gauge on the smoker wouldn't go above 150. I did some digging around the net and saw that it could be a sticking regulator and I followed the procedure to take care of that. It appeared to work as when I relit I got a bigger flame, however this time the temp gauge won't go above 240. This after it's been running for 45 minutes with the door closed and the top vent closed as far as it could close, which isn't much.
Anyone else experience this or know of someone who did and how it was resolved? I have the BBQ Grillware SG1000 propane smoker.
