Howdy! I'm Todd and a complete newbie to smoking. I recently purchased a gas Masterbuilt XL based on the reviews here.  I have been in Columbus, Ohio for the last 20yrs after moving from Alabama.  I love pulled pork (think Big Bob Gibson,  :-) )...so I am interested in pulled pork, ribs, turkey, brisket, and chicken.

I am looking forward to learning a lot

Yeah....been reading for awhile and finally decided to join.  Gotta stop reading (for a little while) at some point and finally put something in the smoker...just got to decide what.
