Hey guys!

I won a Oklahoma Joe Bandera last summer at a car show, this Thanksgiving I tried to smoke a turkey. It was moist however I have a lot to learn about smoking and over smoking and smoking in cold temperatures.

I'll use the search function as much as possible, just looking to kick out some half way decent BBQ this year hopefully with the help of you guys!

Any pointers comments I'm open to them.

It was a 1934 Plymouth. All original just got it on the road last summer. Thanks guys!
