Hi, this is my first post. Iâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]m from Louisville, KY. Iâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]ve been reading for awhile now. Iâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]m still a noob to smoking. Iâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]m doing my first brisket right now. #13 packer started about an hour ago. Iâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]ll be up for an all night smoke. Iâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]ve done some great butts and ribs with the help of this forum, so I really appreciate everyone sharing their knowledge. Using a Masterbuilt Electric Smoker. New model with the top vent.

Thanks!

In Clark Co. down by Boonesboro...I work in LexVegas keepin' the peace on 3rd shift. Got lucky this year...I DON'T HAVE TO WORK ON THE 4TH!!!!!!!!! Going to do some ribs, and my first Fatty's tomorrow. How ever did I live without these smoky treasures? I agree...we need a KY SMF smokefest! I'm kinda new to smoking meat, but I sure like what's come off the grill so far...the wife's fond of it as well (bonus).

Being a "Fatty Head" or a "Fatty Wh***" just doesn't have the same ring to it though..

Now, I have been called a "Fat Head" before..lol
