Bob, living in Jim Thorpe, PA, just joined a few minutes ago and just got a Landmann 26" electric smoker to have some fun with.
Immediately put a pork loin, 2 chicken breasts and some turkey sausage in a spiced light brine solution overnight and am hoping to cook it after work today to try things out. Just going to use a store bought rub for now, but will certainly experiment with my own after this.
