Just found the forum today thanks to another forum I belong to. I just recently got into smoking with a Charbroil propane smoker. Bought it about 2 weeks ago and so far the family has loved everything that has come out of it. Their not very picky though. I have smoked Turkey breast, pork butt, ribs, and some pork loin. I do not know much about the different marinades and spice mixtures. That's why I'm here. I look forward to learning from the veterans here.
