Hi everyone....name is Bob, 52 from Brunswick, ga. I just enjoy being behind the grill. I use a smoke box on my gas grill but my 22 y/o son just bought a nice large smoker w/ a nice fire box and we're going to really enjoy that.Still a novice at smoking, I enjoy the news letter and look forward to reading everyone's post..Happy Cooking,
