Thanks everyone, I tried to smoke a chuck roast on Sat. and didn't turn out the way I wanted. I started with a rub, that I thought would be great and then smoked it(no pictures), one part of it was tough(the dogs wouldn't even eat it)lol, but part of it wasn't bad,it was a little tender but the wife couldn't chew it and didn't like the rub, so she went hungry and my B-day was just as bad as Sat. nites dinner, my family took me out for seafood and that was dispointing, the place must of changed hands because last year was not bad, will not be going back again, so I'll be taken my family out sometime this week for a good meal and will foot the bill.
