Hello,I have always enjoyed BBQ and smoking. I just purchased me a green mountain grill "Daniel Boone" a few weeks ago and Man do I love this pellet grill!! I have smoked a Boston Butt, Some stuffed burgers, Pork Belly, And a few chickens so far. I am always googling to find new rubs,sauces,and temperature info,and this site always pops up. I figured I should join so I can learn some new information and see all these wonderful Smoke rings.
