Game day meat balls

    Just finished smoking some meatballs for the game tomorrow. This is my first crack at it and they turned out pretty good. Just mixed up 1 lb ground beef, 1 lb pork, some spicy rub, Parmesan cheese, garlic, crackers,eggs and stuffed a cube of pepper jack in each one and smoked with cherry. Tomorrow I'm gonna coat them with some bbq sauce and put in the crock pot.
    I also have a 8lb pork butt smokin right now that I injected last night with Apple cider, apple cider vinegar and molasses no picks of that yet though
