Hi All After having the Weber Hanging Rack for about 1 year, I finally got around to using it to hang 2 racks of ribs, in my WSM 22.. Ribs came out pretty tasty 275* for about 4 hrs then 1/2 on the grate 1/2 lump 1/2 Stubbs 4 chunks of apple wood. Reheated the ribs a day later still tasted good. Will hang again!
