First butt.

    [​IMG] nice butt I got from my local meat guy. I dry rub it last night. This morning on tube smoker. [​IMG] going to move tyne apple juice closer to the heat.

    Just got done making some bbq sauce. Temp at 180. Let the long wait begin to get to 200.

    Don't know I been running around today so it was my first temperature check. Was on the smoker at 830 and its 5 when I checked. so its been 8 1/2 hours.

    I will take it back its at 163 and not moving. Smoker is at 250.

  17. It looks very tasty! I like the car. What does it have in it?

    The car guy was my first choice. Me too!




    I have to lift at the 1000' to stay under 11.0 or I will be banned from the track for not having a cage.It also cleans up well.
