Yesterday i made my first brisket. I had low expectations, but after a long day of smokin', my efforts paid off at midnight with the most tender and flavorful brisket i ever had. I would like to thank the other members for posting great advice obviously gained by countless hours of trial and error not to mention dollars spent. i would be glad to share the technique i used with anyone who's interested. I would not have acheived such outstanding results without you guys.
