Went to Sam’s Club for first time since start of everything and was surprised to see some “new to me” seasonings from Kinders. Decided to try them out on some Chicken and Potatoes.

Got the Potatoes on the SmokeFire and a timer set for 30 mins to flip them.

Added Chicken after flipping potato’s. After about an hour or so and we were at 165 IT.

Looks good. I have some of that rub also. Love it. The garlic one is great too
They were sold out of the Woodfire Garlic one that they carry. Quick search online they make a few different rubs and seasonings.

No pan under these, but that is an idea. I have the SmokeFire at 350 might have to lower the temp some to have some sort of butter in a pan underneath.

I was talking about some buttery broth in a pan. Keeps them very moist and flavorful. These are all skinless thighs, so no issues with the bite.

These are skin-on, so a cover will let the skin tender up for a bite through texture.
