I've really been wanting to try some blood pudding/sausage but haven't been able to find any local or when I've traveled. I am sure I'd love it. Someday I hope to go to Europe and get some fresh, but until then does anyone know of any place online where I can buy some or someone in the states who makes it and ships it?
Thanks!

That does sound/look pretty good.

Amazon has a couple blood sausages, but the shipping is ridiculous. The best I could find elsewhere was germandeli.com, which looks to have a couple great looking options.

Do you know the difference between Polish, German, French, Swedish, and Irish blood sausages/puddings? I assume it has to do the spices used and the amount of "filler."
