    Looks tasty! Have you probed each rack to see what the temp differences are from top to bottom?

    Skin was rubbery. Everything else was great I need to dry the bird before cooking in this I guess.

    Oh well, its a good meal

    No Say it isn't so!!!!


    Higher temp and drying the skin will help. Or you could go naked and remove the skin. Been doing that quite a bit and the results are quite tasty.

    I know. Will dry the skin next time.

    The mini always makes perfect skin. Evertime.

    Good looking bird Adam, I'd also like to see the smoker. Looks ideal for sausage.
