my sons high school team is having a bbq after the game tomorrow so of course i was nominated to make some pulles pork for sandwiches, how could i say no?

got them rubbed with mustard, brown sugar, onion and garlic powder and into the gosm around 9:00  gonna go all night and hopefully about 8:00 they will be ready

making some jalapenos stuffed with strawberry cream cheese also for the set up crew,  will wrap with bacon in the morning

gonna be a long night,gotta work a little in the morning, then the game, then the bbq, then gators at seven  i'll sleep good tomorrow night!

Is the team looking for 48 yr old Mascots?

Enjoy, I know they will.

I wanted to do the same thing for my sons team dinner (day before the game).  But in the Peoples Republic of Maryland all foods have to be store prepared.  Nothing from home.  And yes the boys are sick of pizza.

Got everything done, wrapped and ready to get to the game, will post some pics later while im watching gators beat up on kentucky,  (hopefully)

 

rw willy,  are you serious, the state wont let you bring food to a game? 

 

Bear i never use that door, but you are correct, smoke does get in the house, not that i mind but i doesnt make the boss too happy!

Yup, mine says the smoke clings to me when I come in. I tell her "Yes but I take it out with me when I go back out". These women have no sense of humor!

we won the game  31-18

pat had a good game 4 extra points, kickoffs were unreturnable, one field goal 32 yds, punts 52, 56, 43   and a good tackle on one of the kickoffs
