Well i started this off yesterday with a evo,garlic,cbp,salt,and Italian seasonings marinate then i rubbed it with mccormcs garlic peppercorn and put in to smoke at 225 with peach for the smoke did not get any pics of prep but here it is a few hours in

just wrapped in foil had a drip pan under neath to catch them yummy juices and if the meat comes out as good as them drippings we are in for one heck of a treat now the beer is on ice so it schould be a good time later this afternoon or evening

butt is looking good and the bark is looking great too, loves pulled pork
