The good news is I seasoned my gas smoker, and now I'm doing my very first smoke, I'm smoking a couple of slabs of baby back ribs, I'm using apple wood chips. and Jeffs rub.
The bad news, I did not know that my wife has our camera, so I couldn't get any pictures. My dog is just loving the smell outside.
I will get some pictures of my next adventure, I'm sure it won't be very long until then.
On a side note, my oldest sons girlfriend is a vegetarian, but is willing to try the ribs, I'm sure that these will pull her back from the darkside.
