Well had the Boys over and decided to have a big smoke . well bug for me.

Did a Butt, country ribs and whole chicken. I know this is the pork forum but figured 66% wwas pork




All injected and rubbed







Grilled some corn



All done





Everything came out well and the pulled pork was the hit. The Butt did have a big stall but I started early and had a huge custion
