Just took delievery of our new Old Smokey Electric Smoker. Assembly went well, just a few screws. Only assembly left is putting the thermometer on. Can't wait for the weather to break to give it a whirl (sub-zero temps and snow).

Hey, sounds like you might can use it for a freezer till the weather warms up.

your new toy sounds cool (no pun intended) bet ya can not wait to season it.

Nice enjoy the new smoker. The weather is kind of a beast today I know. Tommorow is going to be even worse it seems. Pics!
