Hi all!!! Just joined to see if I can do some learnin'. Been smokin and grillin for about 5 years now and gonna try to improve and refine my product. I am smokin on a "Smoky mountain LP gas unit" and grillin on an old Weber Genisis (Red) or a back-up Weber kettle (Avocado).

Welcome. I see you are from St. Charles. I lived in So Elgin for a year right off the river somewhere, it has been so long, right off the hwy where the casino boat was. Hwy25?
