So while getting the bacon ready to go Saturday I decided to fire up the Lang too. I did some chuckies with Jeff's rub and a sirloin tip roast with just salt, pepper, and garlic. Used a combo of pecan and cherry

I spritzed with straight apple juice every hour after the first 1.5 hours
 
Now that is some awesome looking grub....Nice job. Man I wish I had some of that tonight for supper.
 
The roast was pulled at 136 and foiled then into the cooler to rest the next day I sliced it very thin for sandwiches
