Pork loin a few weeks ago. The bacon was the way to go. Made some potato chowder out left overs.

Where's the chowder recipe?

that's one of my favorite soups.
I remember when we were poor kids, and mom wanted to feed us dinner and help heat the house. amazing what the lady did with 1 potato and a small stick of kilbasa.

we eat memories.

To make the soup I just threw in half a dozen potatos, some frozen mixed vegis(broccoli and carrots), celery salt, salt and pepper. Didn't have any corn or else that would be in there. Half a cup of half and half, half cup of milk, and half cup of flour. I will take a pic when I defrost but you are going to have to wait some time for the leaves to at least change here.
