Hey all. Just got done with dinner and thought I would share my q-view. Did a rack of spares using 3-1-1.5 method which turned out perfect; not fall off the bone but some pull and very tender. Used my home made rub then sauced them w/ Sweet B-rays. The ABTs were nice snacks love those things. Did a fatty that was just rolled in my rub, nothing fancy. Did 3 chicken qtrs also which I'll be saving for lunches this week. Oh and also had some Dutch's beans from a couple weeks back that I froze then re-heated on the smoker. Very full right now...!!
