Hello, my name is Joanne and I live in southwest Ohio. I have a propane smoker that I actually bought for my husband for Father's Day two years ago, although I do most of the smoking. I have smoked a number of turkeys, pork loins and lots of ribs, most turning out pretty well, if I do say so myself. Unfortunately I didn't do too good a job in documenting what I did and I always am in a panic trying to recreate my methods. I hope to be better in the future!
