Hello, my name is Joanne and I live in southwest Ohio. I have a propane smoker that I actually bought for my husband for Father's Day two years ago, although I do most of the smoking. I have smoked a number of turkeys, pork loins and lots of ribs, most turning out pretty well, if I do say so myself. Unfortunately I didn't do too good a job in documenting what I did and I always am in a panic trying to recreate my methods. I hope to be better in the future!

I to am a newbe, they have a "download area" (which I can't seem to find now) that has some great excel spread sheets created by Jeff for documenting your smoke...I am sure some one in here will guide you!

JOJO welcome to SMF. I always keep notes of my smokes until I have reached to level of satisfaction that the wife is looking for. When my critics tell me I have a winner. I just keep doing the same with out notes but anything new document it. What part of SW ohio you from? I am located about 35 miles SE of cincy.
