My Maverick remote thermometer has a set temp of 180Âº for cooking Chicken yet http://www.wyntk.us/food/smoking-tim...eratures.shtml says 167Âº. What should I use? This is a whole chicken with the back bone cut out and the whole bird butterflied open. The probe is into the thickest part of the breast.
