Smoked FATTY

Getting ready to smoke FATTY,kept it simple, stuffed it with cheese and diced onions. One end is a little bigger then the other end but I was in kind of a hurry to get it on the smoker because it was during the first football game.

It isn't the best looking FATTY but it sure was good.icon_lol.gif

Looks like you are using a kc smoker. How do you like it? I did some ribs yesterday in it and they came out great. Did you try it without any water in the water pan? I did that yesterday for my ribs and they were good.

AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION ALERT!!! It has been proven that the viewing of particularly tasty q-view increases the colesterol level somewhat but it increases the likelyhood of over consumption of particularly tasty and particulaly unhealthy smoked foods 100,000 %. My cardiologist isgoing to get another Hummer payment out of me after this.
Looks fantastic
