Port Huron, Michigan ( 65 miles N of Detroit)
Long Time BBQ enthusiast, new owner of a medium Big Green Egg (by way of barter) I've been fooling around with it for the last month, and i am amazed at the quality of food I (or the smoker) has produced (so is my girlfriend) I can't wait to get educated and learn more (Fuel, recipes, and tried techniques) I can't believe the depth of info on this forum, glad to be here and nice to meet you.
