Anyone know who carries St. Louis style ribs that are already cut? I usually do babybacks, but I am curious about spares. Some say spares have a better flavor. Thanks

Sometimes I just trim them myself , and sometimes I just ask the butcher and he does it for me , its a little quicker that way.

I never knew what St. Louis style ribs were but i guess I eat them a few times a month. I did a google to see just what they are and found a movie on You tube that does them just like i do.

Go figure!
