Good day my new smoking friends! I look forward to learning and hopefully eventually providing knowledge to the new members after me. I have lots of restaurant/cooking experience, but am very new to smoking (popped my cherry a little over a month ago). I live in the heat and humidity of Lake Worth, Florida. I prefer most interaction are laced with puns and witty sarcasm. I am currently using a Weber 3 burner grill with a triangle smoking box insert. however, since I have been itching like a crack fiend who needs to smoke again after each time, I am pretty sure I will be upgrading to/or building more suitable equipment.
