This is my fist post to the forum. I've been smoking for about six or seven years with a Graet Smoky Mountain propane smoker. It was fun to use and drove the neighbors crazy with the aroma of wood and meats. But being a propane smoker I didn't use it as much as I would have liked. I just purchased a Treager pellet smoker this year and it's so easy I smoke a few times a month. Now the neighbors get more of that beautiful smoke smell. I even walk next door to smell it. The ease of the pellet smoker has really opened my world to smoking more then just ribs. With that said I'll be looking for advice from all of you as I branch out to foods that I never thought I could smoke. It'll be great to read all your tips and stories.
