This was given to me recently by a good friend whose mother and boyfriend had on their back deck and have only used once or twice. I could find no manufacturer plate or tag, no stamps or engraving giving me an idea on the manufacturer.

It needs some cleaning but otherwise appears in decent shape. The door doesn't close very tight and there is a gap toward the bottom of the door. After trying to tighten up the gap, I may put a high temp seal around it.

Has anyone seen a similar style? Any ideas on make? Any experience out there on using this style of smoker?

Plus I have never used a side box smoker before.

Thanks

Actually it looks like Dyna Glo stole the design. Yours is a Brinkmann Trailmaster 57" Vertical Smoker.

Thanks, I'll download any manuals, etc on the unit. Once I clean it up and try to get that door to seal better, I can start to learn to smoke with the offset heat box.

Some of the research I just did had those units in the $299 range.

This one sat on a back deck uncovered for a few years in the Pacific NW. Damp all the time. Has a few rust spots inside but nothing serious.

Any suggestions on cleaning and getting it ready to smoke again?
