Hello my name isToby. From west Texas. Found this site because I cured my first pork belly and smoked it. Tried it and the family couldn't eat it because it was to salty. I finished it because I'm a trooper and eat everything I cook lol!!! Have a masterbuilt electric smoker for over a year now and have tried just about every meat. Love the process and the family usually eats up the results.
