Hello my name isToby. From west Texas. Found this site because I cured my first pork belly and smoked it. Tried it and the family couldn't eat it because it was to salty. I finished it because I'm a trooper and eat everything I cook lol!!! Have a masterbuilt electric smoker for over a year now and have tried just about every meat. Love the process and the family usually eats up the results.

Welcome from SC, Toby. It's good to have you on this great site. Sorry, I can't give you any help with pork belly. Someone will be around to help, there are a lot of folks who cure bellys.
