Hey guys, my name is Jason and I live in Dallas, Tx. Have a beautiful wife named Ashley with two beautiful girls, Brooklyn and Emma. I am new to grilling and just bought a Napoleon Apollo AS300. I also have a gas grill. Anyways I am loving this forum I see great things. I can't wait to get back with some ribs and brisket pictures
