Thai food is one of my favorites. Look forward to trying it on pork. Also think your recipe would go well on chicken too.

Gai yang is one of my all time favorite Thai meals.
 
I imagine it would! I can't seem to get past doing the pork. Just made it again last week at the request of the Mrs. You are right... just might give some thighs a try. Thanks for the like.
