I've had my traeger pro 22 for a month now. Used it 6 times. 5 of those times the flame went out after about 3 hours. airflow is good from the firepot, and the auger is in working order. This is the newer controller that does not have a P setting to adjust. All I can figure is pellets are binding up on the way from the hopper to the auger, creating a dead spot in the auger system, so when it's calling for pellets, there are no pellets to give, and the flame dies. Does that make sense? anyone else have issues like this or know a good fix?
I got a pellet grill for the ease of use. Not so easy when you have to take it all apart every couple hours to refire the stupid thing.
At least the food is good.
